How much do you charge per session?

My standard rate is $210 USD per session. At the moment, I am not offering single ad hoc sessions. I am currently taking new clients through therapy packages. The best first step is to book a Discovery Call.

How does your pricing and session system work?

I work based on a package system. Choose four sessions at 5% discount, eight sessions at 10% discount, or twelve sessions at 20% discount. This ensures we can build progress session by session.

Do you take insurance?

I don't have a direct link with insurance companies. Many of my clients have successfully had their sessions covered by their insurance providers. I can provide a receipt for reimbursement.

The primary objective is to decide whether we're the right fit. You'll gain insights into my working style, therapeutic methods, and how I plan to handle your unique situation. We'll explore the challenges preventing you from reaching your goal for self-development.

How do I know if you are the right fit for me?

Do some research on different modalities. I apply the NARM method, read more in my “How I Work” section. If you're committed to investing the necessary time, money and energy, you're more likely to see progress.

What's the difference between general therapy and trauma therapy?

General therapists cover areas like anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Trauma therapists work with a specific modality addressing the core problem. I am certified in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a mind/body approach for self-regulation, emotional numbness, poor self-image and toxic shame.

Online or in-person 1:1 counselling sessions are 55 minutes.

Who are your clients?

Most clients find me through social media and predominantly speak English. They come from the USA, Canada, UK, and UAE. The age range is broad (typically 27-65). My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all genders, races and sexual orientations.

How do you hold online sessions?

Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the date, time, host name and Zoom link.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You'll receive reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before the session. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email. After the 24-hour window, the system will no longer allow changes.

How do I prepare for online sessions?

Log in 5 minutes early to test the link and connection. Find a comfortable, quiet seating place. Have tissues nearby. Make your environment cosy for yourself.
